A few good questions
No receipt disappears at a limit.
Usage is visible. A calm note tells you when you are approaching a cap. At the cap, new receipts stay on the phone and wait to sync.
What happens at a limit?
Scanning still works. New receipts wait on your phone until the allowance resets or the plan changes. Nothing is deleted.
Is Personal Plus a separate workspace?
No. It is a planned upgrade for your personal workspace. The free Personal plan stays available. Its price and inclusions are illustrative until published.
Do I lose my personal workspace when I join a team?
No. Every account keeps a free personal workspace. Team and Practice are added beside it.
Can a practice pay for clients?
Yes. We bill the practice once. It can recharge its clients as it chooses. Covered clients are not billed again by Sukiri.
Will cloud reading charge me automatically?
No. Reading on the phone is the default. Cloud reading is planned as an optional service with visible allowances and packs you choose.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Features above the new allowance become read only and extra people or clients are paused rather than removed.
